Brought the pop n play cat toy from a local store and it did not work as the mouse gets stuck between the holes. So returned it and swapped for another one. Got this home and found that it also did not work, gutted at the poor quality as I purchase a lot of products from the JML brand.

Absolutely not recommended,I order with special delivery and not recived my parcels

Customer service was very good and understood what my requirements were.

Bought a broom advertised as a "WONDERBROOM" but its far from it. It doesn't broom very well at all and very awkward to use. My old one is much better.They keep on telling me to return it but refuse to pay postage even tho their listing is extremely inaccurate.


I made an order but unfortunately it wasn't suitable but it was not a problem returning it

Happy with products, it's a gift for my parents, and they like them.

Still not received the two pairs of glasses as your delivery driver didn’t attempt to contact me by using the buttons on the keypad. !!!

I was given a pop & play toy for our kitten, and when i tried to change the batteries, I could'nt. I contacted JML and a lady by the name of Victoria Earle dealt with the case. She asked me to send back the item which i did and she sent a replacement within a few days.The customer service was very good and i would'nt hesitate to contact them again with further complaints.

I was really disappointed with my purchase of the paint roller. It was heavy to use, the paint wouldn’t flow out like the demo and the extension handle broke from the weight of the roller. I had to go out and buy the usual roller which I will stick to from now on. Other products from JML previously have been excellent, at least I got my money back with no problems.


I emailed customer services having received email from Royal Mail(RM) saying they had delivered item at 6.04am Monday 18/01 - this was not correct and possibly scanned delivered in error only minutes after a RM email advising it would be delivered 18/01!!- I received a response from Natalia stating even she didn't think they delivered that early - she advised if not received by the end of 18/1/21 to contact her again. Delivery was received as stated in first email from RMil on the advised date, dispatch excellent same day as ordered apart from the tiny RM issue, excellent service from JML - easy to place order, goods as I knew they would exactly what I needed thank you

Ive bought a pedivac from this so called company .charged it up and cant get anything out of it aload of crap .cant get a reply from them dont buy anything .cheap chinesse crap

Way back at the beginning of December I placed an order for a couple of articles, but in an attempt to correct an error, and without realising, I mistakenly placed, and paid for the order twice. (you will realise that didn't want two of the same.)There are three ladies at JML on the Sales/Return team who between them resolved my problem for me, and also returned my money via Paypal.I would like to thank all three (you know who you are) for your help and kindness.Peter R.
